Nous avons utilis\u00e9 Navisworks pour la d\u00e9tection de clashs et avons anim\u00e9 les r\u00e9unions de synth\u00e8se hebdomadaires, en proposant des solutions techniques concr\u00e8tes pour optimiser les passages de r\u00e9seaux et l&#8217;implantation des \u00e9quipements. L&#8217;ensemble de ces \u00e9changes a \u00e9t\u00e9 document\u00e9 dans des comptes-rendus d\u00e9taill\u00e9s.<\/p><p>Face \u00e0 l&#8217;absence de BIM Manager sur ce projet, notre \u00e9quipe a pris l&#8217;initiative d&#8217;\u00e9tablir une convention de synth\u00e8se BIM.
